I would love to find some cat restraint custom car part and accessory for a long trip I want to take and bring my cat along. My back seat is going to be empty, so I thought it would be nice if I could find some kind of way to block my cat's access to the front seat, both from below and above the seats. My cat settles down in the car pretty well after about 15 minutes, so I don't expect a noisy trip. I do not want him sitting below my feet, however because I use a clutch, and it will be mountain driving so I will be shifting frequently.
A custom car part and accessory can make a long road trip much more comfortable. Besides a comfortable car containment system, I'd like to get a multiple outlet system to plug some of my 12 volt accessories, like a car cooler for food and my MP3 player for entertainment. This aftermarket car part is easy to find, on a number of different custom car accessories' web sites, but the cat containment system is likely to be one that I'll have to design myself.
